Finished Pictures, Stage 1 Aluminum head, with Chamber work

These heads still have to be mockup fitted on the engine, for the proper intake flange cut, to fit the manifold. So this surface has not been cut in this picture. This picture shows that there has been no work done to the intake ports, since manufacture.

Combustion chambers have been CC matched, and blended. This is our $2695.00 set.

We choose to include a standard bowl porting/seat blending job with our "valve installation" heads, because we feel that if your buying $2500 heads, this is money well spent. This work is standard on our $2495.00 head, and we choose to do this by hand, other shops should get similar results with cutters.

Another angle that shows how we blend the seat insert into the casting. This is the extent of the work required to make these heads flow the numbers listed in the graphic on the bottom of page 4. The focus of this work is not .500+ valve lift flow numbers, but rather the .200-.400 numbers. Those are the important numbers in making power.
