The motor was originally a 494 shortblock that George had run for a few years, and we just upgraded with STG 2 Track Eliminators. We have now gone "the rest of the way" This is the 525 ci shortblock billet crank, aluminum Rods, and piston. This car is very close to completion, we feel that we have developed a windage issue with the 525 assembly and the stock fronted oil pan, and it will go to the dyno one more time, with a new pan. The 525 Has made 760 HP and 706 Torque, without the use of it's vacuum pump, and with a very "safe" rich tune up. Here it is, sitting in our new shop, awaiting the final version of the engine, a new vinyl top and the finish of the custom wiring job .
