Level 2A Description

   This is the "Bad Boy" in our Street Engine lineup. Runs the power brakes and loves 92 Octane Pump gas. Recommend 3.73 or higher gears, and a 3200- 3500 stall converter with this engine. Idles at 850-900 with a moderate lope, use 3" exhaust with this engine.

TA full length, Shorty headers, and Exhaust manifolds have been tested on this engine. We also tested the SPX manifold, with water running thru it, and picked up a solid 11 numbers, in the average of the HP and TQ.

  We suggest you get a current quote, before we start your engine project. Often times we use  customer parts for these engines, which reduces the price greatly. The average price of a Level 2A engine, with customer supplied components (carb, distributor, intake, oil pan ect) is about $10,000.
