Scott reports that this cam was one of the smoothest revving cams on the dyno, and this cam is well suited for a moderate performance buildup with proper gear and converter selection. The cam was tested with a SP-1 manifold and full-length headers. This is one of TA’s most popular cams, and for good reason. Best suited for 3.55 or higher (numerically) gears, and a 3500 stall converter. Excellent mid-range and top end, moderate idle quality. Good Bracket race cam for moderately prepped vehicles.
