Inspection of the balancer is critical, and the rubber ring between the two halves must have no cracks. This is a new piece.

Timing cover appears to be an NOS piece, and the end play of the gear "feels" correct.
Unlike the cam, which was left dry, there is pre-lube on the valve tips and pushrods.
